§1 Applicability to entrepreneurs and definitions
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).
§2 Formation of a contract, storage of the contract text

Before submitting the order, the customer can review their information and correct any errors by clicking the "Back" button in their web browser. Alternatively, they can cancel the order process by closing the browser. We will immediately confirm receipt of the order with an automatically generated email ("Order Confirmation"). This email constitutes our acceptance of your offer.
(5) Storage of the contract text for orders placed via our online shop: We store the contract text and send you the order details and our Terms and Conditions by email. You can also view the Terms and Conditions at any time at http://www.maabluxury.de/pages/agb.html. You can view your past orders in our customer area under My Account --> My Orders.
§3 Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date
(1) The prices quoted include statutory VAT and other price components. Shipping costs are not included in the purchase price. They can be viewed via a correspondingly labeled button on our website or in the respective offer, are shown separately during the ordering process, and must be borne by you in addition to the purchase price, unless free shipping is offered.
(2) The consumer has the option of paying by prepayment, direct debit, PayPal, Klanar, credit card (Visa, Mastercard).
(3) If the consumer has chosen to pay in advance, they are obliged to pay the purchase price immediately after conclusion of the contract. When payment is processed via PayPal, it is not necessary to register with PayPal or to have an account. PayPal also offers various options for one-off payments, such as direct debit or payment by credit card.
§4 Delivery
(1) Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for immediate shipment. Delivery will take place within 2-4 working days at the latest. The delivery period begins, in the case of payment in advance, on the day after the payment order is issued to the bank responsible for the transfer, and in the case of all other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded. If the last day of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the delivery location, the period ends on the next working day.
(2) In the case of a sale involving shipment, the risk of accidental loss or accidental damage to the goods sold shall not pass to the buyer until the goods are handed over to the buyer.
§5 Retention of Title
We retain ownership of the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.
Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of the return shipment. of the goods. You bear the direct costs of return for goods that cannot be sent by parcel post, amounting to EUR 100.
Financed deals
If you financed this contract with a loan and you revoke the financed contract, you are also no longer bound by the loan agreement if both contracts constitute a single economic unit. This is particularly likely to be the case if we are also your lender or if your lender uses our services for the financing. If the loan has already been disbursed to us when the revocation or return takes effect, your lender assumes our rights and obligations under the financed contract with respect to the legal consequences of the revocation or return. The latter does not apply if this contract concerns the acquisition of securities, foreign currency, derivatives, or precious metals.
If you want to avoid a contractual obligation as much as possible, revoke both contractual declarations separately.
